Enter Map Manager
On the main page, select Map Manager in pull down menu as shown on the screenshot.

Subscribe
On Map Manager page, click on Subscribe button as shown highlighted on the screenshot.

Navigate to find the territory that you are interested in.

Country details
For each country or territory you are shown the sizes and the time information for each dataset.
Subscribe
Press Subscribe as shown on the screenshot to all countries that you are interested in. After that navigate back (swipe to left) to the main page of Map Manager.

All the subscribed countries would be shown as on the screenshot.

Download
Press Download as shown on the screenshot to start the download. For best results, put device for charging and use WiFi network.

When downloads are done, each downloaded country would have corresponding icon, as shown on the screenshot. You can exit and return to Map Manager any time. Note that if the download failed, close the error message and try again.
