Open modRana
Open modRana and access its tools by pressing the button in the left of the bottom of the screen (highlighted by red box in the screenshot).

To configure drawing of the maps, click on "Map".

Select OSM Scout Server among the list of map layers.

After selecting the map layer, swipe back to get to the main tools page. Select "Options".
POI
In Options, select POI.

Select OSM Scout Server as a provider for place search and local search, as shown.
Navigation
After search configuration, swipe back to Options. In Options, select Navigation.

In Navigation settings, select OSM Scout Server as a routing provider, as shown.

You are all set! Don't forget that you need to have OSM Scout Server and modRana running simultaneously for offline operation.
